SEC Newgate was my first experience working as part of a design team, which gave me valuable insight into a more structured and collaborative creative environment. It was a great opportunity to understand how ideas develop within a team, how to communicate clearly, and how to take on feedback in a constructive way.

I also learned what it means to work within a hierarchy - supporting others while still taking ownership of my own work and responsibilities. Managing deadlines and staying organised became really important, as it ensured that everyone stayed aligned and projects moved forward smoothly.

Overall, it was a very formative experience that helped me grow both creatively and professionally, and gave me a better understanding of how design operates in a more corporate setting.
